i had a 9650 out of warranty and spilled a drink on it and ruined it. Due to extenuating cicumstances Asurion agreed to swap the phone out at the Verizon store. They don't carry the 9650 anymore, so the gave me a 9930 for the deductible. Finally the question. Is the 9930 replacement under Blackberrys one year product warranty from Verizon.

Yes you have a one year Manufacture warranty> you should be able to transfer your insurance to it also.

Same thing happened with my Tour... had to send me a 9650 and everything continued just fine warrenty/insurance wise. You're set.
