I have a 9900 and the cursor seems to wander when I am typing an email or text message. I will be typing and the cursor will skip up a line or 2. Happens every once in a while, but frequently enough to be a bother.

I can even set it down and have no motion and the cursor will seem to wander.

Any suggestions?? Is my trackpad overly sensitive? I've decreased the sensitivity thinking it might have something to do with ambient light, but it still does it.

I had the same thing and finally had to replace the phone. I don't believe it was software related.
