    Where do I find the option to adjust my VM alert on the 9930? I don't see it under "Change Sounds and Alerts" > "Sounds for Selected Profile"

    I can find the VVM alert there but not the regular VM alert.

    Also, I'm not getting any alerts from my VM or VVM either.

    Is it the same as the sms alert? That's actually an sms from your carrier, isn't it?

    If you are subscribed to vvm, you won't get any regular vm notifications. Try deleting vvm and see if the option shows up?
