I am getting a notification for an upgrade to 7.1.0.1737 but the phone does not seem to be taking the upgrade. I click "upgrade" and nothing happens.

Anyone else?

I'm assuming thats OTA? Verizon's site isnt showing anything new yet...

Plugged the phone into my computer, and this is what I got. I had to update my version of DM, so let's see if this allows me to finally install the update...

It's the same OS Sprint just officially released a couple days ago. What OS are you on now?

I was on Verizon's last official OS - 7.1 Bundle 457.

1737 is now showing up on the phone as an OTA update.

Use the DM to update your OS. Heard to many issue when OTA.

I completely agree, recently I tried doing an os update using the DM, it stalled half way , when i unplugged the phone and restarted it , sound functionality was fully gone, then did a wipe with BBSAK and installed .569 , things back to normal

I would recommend using the Sprint download and loader.exe over any other choice. Definitely the best chance of a successful upgrade, and also the most control.

Any way you choose though....be sure to do a backup first.

did the ota and now bbm music will not work just sits there. and also app world opens and as soon and i click on something it just says please wait and never does anything

As I said a few posts up, it's the same OS. One is a bundle number, the other an application version.
