Just called a VZW rep and he said that he heard is was supposed to come out today but he hadn't heard anything. He said to call back "next Friday because they usually come out on Thursdays or Fridays."

it should instantly be available on your web account (mastercard.com, visa.com, etc...) unless they charge when they ship

Telesales is different than a rep. They actually want to make the sale and have a little more flexibility with latest releases and waiving fees.

Yes they can if your bill is not super high and you've made payments on time. If you are worried have them verify some info over the phone first.

I'm not out to give shady numbers. Just helping out some of you guys dying to get a Bold Touch.
