Give yourself plenty of time - the java update takes a long time.

Might I recommend doing it via DM? I did mine OTA, then had a few giltchy issues so wiped and updated via DM. Had a fair number of things install that didn't via the OTA update. Seems to be running better as well...

How long is a long time? Should I wait till after hours to install?

But I heard the Sprint does not have the PTT feature. So that must be the difference.

VZW does have the PTT feature, if that's something you'll get some use out of. Otherwise it's pretty much the exact same as the Sprint build.

There are a few bugs here and there, but otherwise it's a solid upgrade. Mobile Hotspot (which you need an additional feature from VZW to use) some new diagnostic tools, Emergency Alert Message inbox, etc. A nice little upgrade.

All loaded up, pretty painless with the DM. Nice to see my phone restored as well, I am not used to that when it bricks I have to start with a wipe, install, and reload apps and settings etc.
