I'd like the convenience button to start the voice recorder without requiring a password, so I can take notes while driving. Calling myself to leave a voicemail doesn't work (it prompts me to log in for checking messages, not to leave one).

I have the phone on my Bold 9900 set up to work without a password. Is it possible to set up the convenience button (or another) to start an app without requiring me to unlock the phone?
