Itunes- Backup/Save contacts (CSV) with Outlook 2003+ to Desktop

BB Desktop - Import Contacts from (CSV) from Desktop

Export iPhone Contacts as CSV File | Save iPhone Contacts | iPhone

Plug your iPhone in and set iTunes to sync with the Mac mail, contacts and calendar apps. Do a sync in iTunes to get the data on the phone to the Mac.

Start BlackBerry Desktop Manager, plug in 9930, set it to sync to Mac mail contacts and calendar app. Hit the sync button in the Desktop Manager App and your done. You can also move your iTunes music this way too.
