Urgent: Please provide solution at the latest..

I have a blackberry 9900 and its hardly a month old. The phone is functioning well and there are no complaints about that.. However, yesterday I encountered a problem with my phone.

The pictures taken cannot be viewed on the media library on the phone and the same goes for the pictures which are downloaded from the internet or uploaded to the phone. The music files are also absent in the phone. How do I solve this problem. Please note that I do not have a memory card and still continue to use the 8gb of inbuilt memory space. How can I resolve this??

what does it say on the screen?? is there any error message??

Are you having this problem when the phone is plugged into a computer? I think the 'charge only' mode won't let you access any media.
