    Today I went back to Tmobile and bought a 9900 with the intentions of taking advantage of the upgrade program. Unfortunately when I enter my new Bold's pin it says I'm not eligible and that I had to be contacted directly from RIM to be eligible.

    How do I get the email that RIM sent to customers of old devices? Should I put my sim card back into the 9700 and expect such email?

    If anyone got the rebate to work, please let me know how.
