hey folks havin problems updating my bb, i am on 7.1.0.342 official os from o2 (my carrier), so i load a newer os to my computer n bdm and app loader dont find it. i do evrything i usually do to load up an update to my fone n nothin ive tried official and leaked os and nothing shows, also i look in the app loader folder after installing the os's and ther is no vendor.xml file. anyone know how to help me? thx in advance

Often these days, there are 2 vendor files. Also they are very often hidden. Last, make sure and delete other OS files you have loaded on the PC.
