hi I cant seen to get this update to install. I deleted the vendor file but my only option are the software that came with the BB
I was trying to get the one from Nigeria. its down loaded on the computer but when I try and install the app loader don't see it and load it.

Did you delete ALL the vendor.xml files including the hidden one in the hidden folder?

were would I find that one I'm running windows 8

ok so I found how to show hidden files but I don't see even the first vendor file now. so were would the other be
