Try to delete the app again wait a few minutes and then reboot your device (this used to happen sometimes on my Z10 for some reason), If this doesn't work again for whatever reason and you're using a BlackBerry 10, You can uninstall apps through the bb10/playbook manager chrome extension if you're familiar with using it...

Well, I was going to try deleting/uninstalling again, but it dosn't show up in my list of downloads in BBworld (from when I uninstalled it originally). Should I reinstall and uninstall again? It's on a Bold 9900.

I can't find any help for this on BBworld. It's really annoying; asks almost every day if I want to upgrade.
