    Hi I am unable to view old photos, take and save pictures. When I take I picture I am unable to view it. And all my music is gone but when I go in2 downloads I see its still on the phone but I am unable to see it
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Have you tried a hard reset (battery pull) yet?

    If you have, out the card in your pc and back it up and reformat the card. Then reload your data.
