    Hi everyone!

    I am struggling to find a solution to playing youtube videos on Bold 9900.
    I am on BES express (which I have set up myself, if this adds up to the problem...) and suddently after installing 7.1 no matter what I do I get the following error "an error has occured attempting to play media."

    I am now on 7.1.0.649 but I have tried it on almost any 7.1 version since 7.1.0.201.

    Having gone through various suggested solutions it made no difference switching to wifi or gprs connection.


    I would appreciate anyone's help on that!

    so everyone else i able to play youtube videos?

    is there any setting maybe on the IT policy (on BESx) regarding streaming media ?

    I'm also having the same problem on my Torch 9860 since I updated the OS to 7.1. I also tried changing and updating to different OS7.1 from different carriers. I have contacted my provider but they are unable to figure out what's wrong. The same when I called the Blackberry Hotline. I hope Blackberry would address this issue.
