I have searched for a solution, and am hoping that by posting I will get something more useful than the standard "perform a battery pull" advice.
I have taken a number of videos on my 9900 and can only play a small percentage of them back. This has occurred on my original and replacement memory card so I am confident that it is not a formatting or card error issue.
The files are recorded in the standard 3GP file format and encryption is turned off. When I attempt to play the files, either from the media player or from the file manager I get the message,
"The media "[filename]" being played is of an unsupported format."
Please can someone help me to resolve this issue as I have some un-replaceable footage that I want to be able to play.
