I think i really messed up! I was downgrading to a different OS, 7.1 to .540 and in the middle I got the 504 eror code, so I had to restart the process and it worked, but I lost everything! blackberry protect is not working right because i did back ups every week and its only showing one back up and it is working...like WTF? So is there any way that i am not aware of that will get my info back? pleasee!

Did you do a manual backup on your pc? Do you sync with google? Sync with outlook? Other than that, I dunno...

update! so happy, protect is working now! got everything back except my apps, but whatever

i have no idea....i think it was because i never restarted my computer, but not sure
