My new BB9900 Bold - one week old - for some reason now has two rows of icons on the opening scree instead of one. Everything on this site that advices how to cure this does not work. Any ideas?

Had the same problem with my 9900. Had to reset icons to default and that took me back to one row, (unfortunatly after a couple of weeks it went back to two rows and I had to repeat the process, a few times). I noticed that when I changed my theme I have not had the problem of having two rows of icons.
