    Have comfirmed it, someone is sharing the same pin as mine. So my contact on my friends phone get deleted and always ask them to reinvite.

    you have to contact your service provider and have them escalate a support for you through rim

    it would be best if you went personally to your service provider store. even better if you took both phones

    It is odd certainly, but yes, RIM, or the manufactures will at times recycle PINs causing this issue that you are expecting. Not really the carriers issue per say. I would definitely contact RIM directly. But that's just me.

    Your carrier should initiate the contact with RIM, via carrier customer service. Keep calling, till they do this. Otherwise, RIM will want to charge you for support.
