    Default Trying to trade up to a 9900

    Good afternoon everyone... I have a company 9790 running with Enterprise... My question is, a colleague of mine has the 9900 running on the same enterprise... She is willing to trade phones... Is it a question of just exchanging our sim cards? Or is there more to it... Thanks,

    There's more to it... Your Admin will have to switch the BB PINs associated with your BES Accounts (make a backup beforehand).
