    Hi,

I am travelling to England with my unlocked Telus Bold 9900. I plan on using a Vodafone SIM card.

First, will this phone work in England with this carrier or are the networks compatible? Do I need to make any setting adjustments?

Second, what happens to the text messages that are sent to my Canadian number when I am abroad? When I insert my Telus SIM, will the texts appear, or are they lost? For example, if Adam sends me a text to my Canadian number when I have the UK SIM inserted, will I receive Adam's text when I insert my Canadian SIM on Canadian soil?

    Thanks in advance!

You'd fine that you'll be fine on 2G but very patchy on 3G. Most UK carriers are on 900/2100 umts where telus is on 850/1900/2100?

When I travel I normally carry a dumb phone for purely sms and voice mail access and get prepaid BIS on orange? Ee?

    Welcome to CrackBerry!
