Track Pad sticker - Warranty?

Hey Everyone!

When I got my Blackberry 9900 the other day there was a little clear sticker on the trackpad with arrows point up, down, left and right.
I took it off naturally as I did all the other plastic covers....

Now I was told today by the store I bought it from(went to buy a case) that taking that off voids the warranty?????

Is that true?

Thats what they said, Which I am hoping isn't true cause that little sticker thing would annoy the outta me

HAHAHA!! I have a feeling that they are pulling your leg. That's the strangest and funniest thing I've ever heard. I've never heard of a warranty being voided from taking those protective stickers off. They fall off eventually anyway. What store is this where you got your 9900 from?
