    When you returned did you mail it back and it is from the post marked date?
    Or did you just walk in to the store?

    The 14 day window is near end. Wanna see if I can get over this service issue, but would hate it to continue and find out after its the device. I paid full retail so this is why I am concerned.

    It is based on the original ship date of the device.

    and you have to mail it back if you had it shipped to you originally, i think.

    You should just call the company you bought it from and ask, that's the best way you could get your answer and not get screwed over

    The 14 day starts on the day it is activated not the ship date. I have until the 30 th for mine but I don't believe I will return it. I almost did at first but was able to get issues fixed.
