For some reason my themes don't work all the way for instace when placing a call insetead of being the theme settings its the rugular blue screen, other than that,they work fine... Anyone else have this issue with themes on bb bold 9900?

There isn't an official theme builder for OS7/7.1 (and probably never will be).

Therefore, there are huge limitations on what theme builders can do for us, sadly.
