    Hello everyone,

I have been using my Sprint 9930 for about a year now and just realized that I only have about 70 days of text history.

Is this normal? If not how to fix or if normal can you keep history longer.

    Thanks,

    Mark

Yes, that is normal. I do believe that is one of the limited aspects of a BIS BlackBerry.

In your main messages folder, press the menu button and go to Options. Then at the bottom of Message Display and Actions is how long to save your messages for. If you do a lot of texting then I don't recommend saving more than half a years' worth as it will greatly slow down your phone.

Please give more detail about where to find the messages folder and other stuff. I have tried the options under the text program and don't see this option.

    Thanks,
