i get txt from my wife daily, but the next day the txt are gone. its just txt from my wife. everyone else the txt remain fine. any ideas?

****edit**** after getting off the phone with one of the most uninformed rogers tech agents i fixed my own issue. deleted the contact and txt from my wife, battery pull, re add her contact she sent me a message and everything re-appeared
