If I am on a call and a second call comes in, the notification ring mutes my voice. I can still hear the caller but they cannot hear me because of the rings. I cannot tell them to hold while I take the other call. I would really like to fix this, very unusual.

what os are you running?

you might want to upgrade to os 7.1.0.378 or .391 and see if that helps

Thanks for the advice. Currently, the Blackberry Desktop and AT&T says I have the latest but will update when it allows me to.

you can use loader.exe it will let you update your os to any carriers os.. heres the instructions on how to do it..

sorry my mistake .378 is for the 9810 but you can try .437 some people reported no mic issues..

are you having mic issues or call waiting issues? and are you wiping the device then reloading the os

I go mic issues, i'm just uninstall last ost on my pc > then replace another one > remove vendor.xml > then i install using DM. maybe you can teach me wich tools u use to wipe device? please help me.

you can use bbsak to wipe device and do other things alot of people like bbh-tools but i prefer bbsak and you should use os .391 to avoid mic issues here is the link to download bbsak
