I have a Bold 9900 and when syncronising with Outlook 2007 any entries that have already been syncronised and then altered don't update.
If an entry is syncronised is it marked in some way and not compared for future syncronisation?
If so how can I mark all entries as new?

What event details are you changing that are not synchronizing? Some calendar event details are not intended to be synchronized, such as category (and color), importance, etc. There may be more, I can't open Outlook here right now. However, basic details should always sync, such as subject, location, notes, date and time begin and end.
