sun global batt for 9900
hello mr/mrs.. i just purchase new sunglobal jm1 batt.. when i insert to my device it show "X" for batt.. anyone know how to fix this? i use version v7.1.0.714

Not too familiar with the sunglobal battery, but I do know some "knockoff" batteries require them to be "coded" from the OEM battery to function properly. These type of batteries typically come with a little box that you place both batteries into to "code" the other battery. These wrongly, or uncoded batteries typically show a red X on the screen.
