    Default Strange orange target icon

Hi, I recently had a orange target icon appear. But havent had any luck figuring out what it is. It is not solid orange but has 3 rings of orange. If ANYONE can tell me what this is that would be great! I have had a handful of ppl trying to figure it out for me, some who work at RIM :s
