    Hey CB Crew,

    I'm having a strange problem with my wife's 9930 on Sprint.
    First, on MY 9930 when I go to Setup > Email Accounts, it enters an actual app/wizard that says it's checking for updates and then brings me to my email accounts and has buttons and such...

    On my WIFE's 9930, I go to Setup > Email Accounts, and it opens the browser and navigates to sprint.blackberry.net (Sprint's BIS website). She CAN add and edit accounts, and doesn't appear to be any other problems...

    I just don't understand why it's taking her to the website and NOT the setup wizard/app.

    Did a search and didn't find anything like this... maybe its a non-problem, but the app/wizard is more user friendly than the website version of BIS...

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    P.S. I have tried...
    - Update PRL (mobile networks)
    - Update Profile (mobile networks)
    - Register Now (under Host Routing Tables menu)

    False alarm... my wife forgot to install the Email Setup application on her phone during the last OS update... :/

    Got it now. she is set.

    Just had to use apploader to install the application.
