Finally got this device earlier today and have been charging it via USB to computer since 4pm EST after draining the power to 4%. 5+ hours after the device reads 100%, yet the battery icon still has the flashing lightening bolt. Isn't the bolt supposed to disappear once it reaches full charge?

it should. try using a wall charger instead of computer usb. perhaps an app is running in the background?

It only disappears.
sometimes. lol.

Plus. 100% means anything from 90 to 100.

Not on this device/OS releases. It's always on, regardless, for me anyway...

Hrmm, just weird... I'll try using a charger to see if it makes any difference. Thanks for the quick responses!

I only have a battery issue w/ mine. It charges up to a certain point (varies every day) and then it stops. I have to do a battery pull to charge all the way to 100%. is there a fix or do I need to have it replaced? Thanks in advance!

mine disappears when its fully charge but it might be on 100% for another 15 mins before the bolt sign disappear.
