My wifes new bold 9930 went on the fritz after upgrading to the 7.1 software, the speaker goes in and out of it. Does anyone else have this problem? Verizon is ordering a replacement for her, this would be her 3rd!
I actually did the wipe, reload and downgraded it for a couple days and it did not do it! pretty crazy! No problems before the update. I have in the pas had problems with my phone updating over the air and not plugging into the computer to do the update but dont think this was the case here.
