got a little problem.. on my 9930 when I'm on a call a few times the speaker will active
and people around me can hear the conversation not good, when trying to turn it off it some times stay on. you push the speaker button and it light up
so some times its easier to just hang up and call back. is there a way to deactivate the speaker till I'm ready to use it.

no I didn't try that not sure anymore on how to do it. or which one to use. I seen Verizon had a up date?

erm connect your phone up to bb desktop and see if you get a update if not wipe it using BBSAK and reload os with bb desktop

do I need to delete vendor file or anything when re installing OS and do i delete the OS I have on my computer now

maybe its just your cheek pressing the touchscreen turning the speakerphone on, do you have a screen protector on the phone or something blocking the proximity sensor?

Disable touchscreen while calling?

nope screen protector can I run my backup or will that re install all setting I just clean out.
