    has anyone else have or had this problem the speaker in gauging when on a call and no I'm not hitting it with my face.
    I have the .861 OS I'm thinking of going to the one from Verizon. 860 can I down load that its a down grade

    You can always downgrade your OS. Not sure why your speaker is engaging during a call. I would consider upgrading to the latest OS, wiping your phone first and see how it works before adding in your 3rd party apps. Then add them in one at a time and see if you can isolate the problem if it's an app conflict.

    Before you do any of that you might want to try changing your screen sensitivity setting in options.

    It's odd, change your sensitivity like howard mentioned and does it go back to ear piece if you keep talking (switch between speaker and earpiece?) or does it just get stuck at speaker because now it is too loud and you have to hold it away from your ear
