    Hi all,

    I have tried to do the soft reboot alt+caps+del and nothing happens on my 9930.

    What am i missing here?

    Using the right shift key is KEY to make it soft reboot.

    On mine the key is to press in sequence...and hold until reboot.alt rt shift and del...it won't reboot if I press them all at once like a computer keyboard. Hope that helps
