When opening the smart accessories app there are no profiles, or an option to create one! Have looked at threads relating to this and some have profiles and some don't, but no solution to setting up a profile. Any suggestions

You should have a couple of template profiles in there by default (Simple Charger and Car Kit) that you can open, edit, and save to your liking...

Just looked, mine is "Empty", too. Have had my 9900 (ATT) about a month, activated and installed .523 about 2 weeks ago, wonder if I accidentally shrunk them out as this was my first OS load other than OTAs from my carrier over the years??

I had been planning to learn more about this and set up my docks, car dock when I get one (SOON!)

That's strange... and I have no idea why yours is empty

It's definitely not due to shrinking because as you say, there is no option for it. I've even checked my service books to see if there was anything in there relating to Smart Accessories, but found nothing obvious.

aAppears to be a hit or miss deal, some people have it, some don't. Very strange!

Any answer for this? Nothing in mine either. No options for anything at all.

Just trying to get my 9900 to charge in the cradle in bedside mode.

I think you need to have a smart accessory to have anything there, I have an iGrip car cradle.

My wife's bold 9900 also has blanks profiles.

Her phone charges in the pod perfectly. Mine doesn't.

I have shaped chargers, cables etc.

Must be a hardware thing ref charging.
