    Default Shangmail account remove

    Hello folks.
    I removed Shangmail application from my device (BB9900) and now I want permanently delete my shangmail account (....@shangmail.com). When I try to enter my shangmail account, it says I entered wrong user name and/or password. However, I entered it correctly.
    Who can help me, I much appreciate it.
