Anything in the works for the 9810?

I always keep an extra battery charged up and ready to go in my truck console. The only problem is that I've only needed it twice in 6 months.

Any plans to cut the beast in half and offer a 1500 mAh battery for the 9900? Also, does NFC still work with the extended battery?

Ordered it for my 9930 this morning. Tired of swapping batteries and much too much charging. Thank you Seidio for listening to us! Wonder if it's usable on the the BB Charging Pod?

Nice try, but, save the BS. LOL. I didn't wear my boots today. Next time, try that on a newbie.

It will probably tip over cause of the weight imbalance.

Ordered with DAD2012 (free shipping only applies to USPS). Now the delivery wait begins for untethered (from the charger) use!

Hope the rubberized door is not the same soft touch material (has always stood up poorly to repeated use) used in the past...

Definitely a question of function over form. If you are going to be unable to charge for a while (plane/train/camping) could be worth it. For an evening out I would prefer the slim look.

Why has no one given price?

I have just ordered this as well. Used the 300mAh on my 9650 and it lasted a really long time (days). Right now my JM-1 lasts from 7 am until 4pm when it needs recharging. The only things I have running is Where is my phone, SmartWiFi, and Who is it besides the normal stuff. I uninstalled BBM as I don't use it. Maybe my JM-1 is defective or it is still just forming since the phone is only a couple of days old and I have charged it a total of 4 times.

As to "pig ugly," sure, not as nice looking as with the slim battery but I need the ability to not be charging all the time. My only question is what holster to use- i am going to try my old 9650 BB holster and see if that works. It is stretchy on the sides so hopefully it will hold the unit in. If anyone has any ideas besides that, I am all ears.

    thanks
    steve

can this be modded with an otterbox? i had the 9650 extended battery and lasted quite long. didnt mind the bulk as i was only concerned about the battery life when im out for extended periods. my day to day i just used the normal batt.

I found that my 9930 battery seemed to last longer as it got broke in. I don't know what is the reason, but that was my experience.

I use a Seidio Face-In Spring Holster, wonder if this would work with that holster.
