I wore my new pants and not knowing it had some "sand-ish" type material inside the pockets. I don't really like to use skins or cases so I don't need to hear the "I told you so". When I removed my awesome 9900 from my pocket I noticed that the bezel has a lot of hair line scratches on the top portion of the bezel in between the brushed aluminum and the screen (the shiny part of the bezel). Now my question is, can the hair line scratches be removed by buffing compound and some elbow grease? I don't really mind scratches on the bezel since I already have a few scratches where the micro USB plugs in from charging, but almost the whole top shiny part of the bezel has hair line scratches on it. I'm just glad that the screen didn't get scratched.

Well the advice I got here was to use emery cloth (sand paper for metal) in a fine grain -- and it works!

Also there's a website that sells the bezels and other stuff too which I will repost in a sec. . .
