So pretty much my new device arrived, Im wondering if there is a way to tell if its a referb. The box was double taped which just seemed odd. Anyways differences on this device to the first is the bottom where the plastic band goes looks much better than the original. The unlock button is much harder to trigger on this device than my first. The battery life demolishes my old device in terms of lasting me a day. I believe there was a hardware error on the old device because i was randomly being hourglassed, that could have an effect on the previous battery.
