First, it's 9930, not 9330- why is it giving me error message 'ringer not valid'?
There's no app added and no sim, nothing touched on the phone and I have two and both are the same.
I've had pearl, tour, curve, 9000 and never had ringer change issues. Please anyone help. I know I'm not the only one and no one seems to know except for reset, battery pull etc. which doesn't work.

P.S. I am missing the app named Maps only Bing map unlike the other 9930 I have. I hate when two of the same phone has different folders and work differently. What's with that non sense?
