Wonder the same thing, how do we delete them?
Go to doc to go app and under all files you can del them. This won't screw up the phone in anyway though? Or need them for anything?

No it wont wont mess the phone up don't worry. I deleted mine right away. It's just an instruction guide and info about BB and RIM in every language possible lol. If you want to really keep that info for some reason, you'd have to find the english version (or any other language you want).
Do you have to delete them one by one or is there a way to delete them all together?

Plug into a computer, they are in the documents section on the device hard drive. Select all and delete. Otherwise yeah, one by one on the handset.
Max
You could also just delete them by using the Files app and deleting the directory.
Can I also delete the adobe .exe file there?
Yeah that's just the PC installer for the adobe reader in case you want to read the pdf files on your PC
