careful though... you will get hooked on the physical keyboard and will probably back-hand slap someone who tries to sell you an all touch screen keyboard... unless its bb10
Like Steph said, once you get used to it you won't settle for anything but! Took me just a few days and it was comfy. After almost a year now I can fly! enjoy your new BOLD!!!
No Bb10 for me unless it has a better keyboard than the Bold.

Same here. Went from Tour, to Droid X for a year, then Verizon Nexus for the last 6 months. An Android is a great *computer*, but every time I handled a real Blackberry with a hard keyboard, it felt like home. Just got a 9930. A Blackberry may not be as good at being a general purpose computer, but it is a far better messaging device. That's what I need!
The Bold has a quality feel the Tour never had. If Verizon had the Bold two years ago, I probably would not have left.
I wonder if there is some sort of consumer survey out there showing how man people have gone from an iPhone/Android to a Blackberry and then back to an iPhone/Android, vs how many people have gone from a Blackberry to an iPhone/Android and then back to a Blackberry. That would certainly be an interesting statistic and would probably work well in RIM's favor concerning marketing.
Don't sell your iPhone. In the long run, it will save you money incase you want to return. I went back and forth between the 9900, Galaxy S2 and the iPhone 4S. I did this for months but in the end the iPhone stuck. It was a natural as I use iPads and the syncing is just too good.
I just recently got the SG3 and it is awesome but was back to the iPhone in only a couple of days. The iPhone is nothing earth breaking and is kinda a bore at times.
Rim can not do it for me as it does not have real email support for my IMAP account and I can not open up folders nor file to folders. This does not cut it in my business world. maybe their BB10 devices will be better, they better as it is likely RIM's last shot at staying relevant.
Well I will add to the post just in case RIM is reading. haha
In the last 8 months I have went from my 9810 to iPhone 4s to Samsung Galaxy Note and now a wonderful 9900 matched with a Playbook. It was a long journey but it is nice to be back home.
Come on RIM, there are many many people rooting for you.

I've had the DROID PRO for a few months, the keyboard is nothing close to a BlackBerry. When the 9930 came out, I immediately purchased it and never looked back.
