I am sorry if this has been posted but I tried searching and am beyond frustrated. Two days ago my bold started resetting over and over again I went into Bell and since I was within my 30 days they gave me a new one.

Well now it started happening again. Does anyone know how I can fix this?!?! I haven't updated my O/S I haven't even downloaded anything since I got the new phone.

Have you put in a new MicroSd card?

I think it seems to be about battery' s issue

This is is the second phone i have had do this and I have only had it two days. I haven't installed anything on it - only thing I upgraded was app world. no SD card has been put in.

They also gave me a new battery when I got a new phone....

To be more specific this time around I noticed my BBM werent going through so I did a bettery pull. Once I did it wouldn't turn back on

Don't know if you have tried yet or not, but have you just tried to reload the Os or install a leak. That would be my first try.

I would also do a complete wipe with a program like BBSAK before loading an Os again.

Well bell gave me a new phone so now I am phone # 3. Hopefully this one will work better for me

Sooooooooo my phone just started the restart loop again... this time I deleted the social feeds and it reset. Seriously what am I doing wrong?!?!
