rebooting phone
my 9900 is currently only rebooting and not staying on enough time for me to install any of my backups
how can i fix this problem

Try having bbsak wipe the device or jlcmdr to try to recover the device. Other than that I would say your close to being nuked.

Try rebooting in Safe Mode to see if that helps...
