    I have got the blackberry bold 9900 and I love it I haven't had any issues except that my girlfriend has the same phone and the other day she played some music and it was far louder than mine, I have audio boost turned on but it's still quiet, can someone please help me?

    have you turned off/accepted the audio warning about hearing damage? have you made sure that the speaker on the back of the phone is clear and not muffled by fluff/dirt? make sure that on the options when playing music enable speakerphone is on NOT enable handset
