Its about the BBM groups, when I join one of the groups does anybody on my bbm list see that I joined it, mean while they're not put of the group ?

If you join a group, you are the only one who knows other than group members.

Yes, it will say you joined the group, but like Deathcommand said, no one but other group members will see the update. It will also send a update if you post a pic, etc.
