I dont have BIS/BES on my Blackberry anymore, so I wonder if there an app that does that, beside Shangmail?

Push is a function if the email server not the device. I think you are looking for some email client that does polling.

Regular data plans usually won't work on BB's.
Check with your provider.

Logicmail could be used on wifi.
If you get bis data use BB mail ,it can't be beat.

I have regular data plan and I can use whatsapp, viber, native web browser etc.
