I have a BB 9900 on AT&T. The keyboard and all buttons are not responding. The touch screen is responding when I reboot the
device, but when the device goes to sleep I am not able to wake the device. I tried waking up the device by pushing keys on the keyboard,
the pad and even the volume control, and also by touching the screen but nothing.

I have tried puling battery and rebooting, the reboot goes well and I cant even enter my password to the unit as I mentioned keys are not responding
and I dont know how to bring up the on screen keyboard as my BB menu key is also not responding.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

First just to let you know, there is no on screen keyboard for the 9900.
Second did the phone get wet. If its still under warranty then give AT&T a call.
